This is as I predicted a couple of weeks ago, in which case Labour, SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Fein can form a Westminster coalition, together, if necessary, with the Liberal Democrats, although Sinn Fein in Ulster will not take its seats in Westminster, following the 1917 precedent for all Ireland. The opposition would then be the tories and Ulster Unionists. This would be reminiscent of Gladstone / Asquith / Parnell against the tories. The coalition would give Scotland its immediate freedom, and give Wales much greater autonomy in preparation for its complete freedom. So anyone with any sense would make sure that the tories are kept out of marginals by choosing coalition candidates in advance of the election. Otherwise they will uselessly split the vote and we will get the S. O. colonial S. as they say in New York, my adopted State. The tories have only one out of fifty nine seats in Scotland, and rule by dictatorship. In Wales the tories have never had a Parliamentary majority in modern times. So they have no right at all to govern Scotland and Wales. They replace government with a crude electoral dictatorship. I was a Plaid Cymru science advisor while I was at Cornell, invited by Cynog Dafis, M. P., and I advise a sane energy policy by Labour and Plaid Cymru using tidal turbines, energy from spacetime (mass production of the patented and replicated Osamu Ide circuit of UFT311 and UFT364) and mass production of low energy nuclear reactors (UFT226 ff). All wind turbines should be demolished and legislation passed to get back the subsidies and to prosecute for gross environmental damage by wind turbines. The returned subsidies would be used for tidal turbines in the Bristol Channel. They would easily produce all the electrical power needed for all Britain (about thirty to forty gigawatts). Then the dangerous nuclear power stations would be closed down, and gradually, reliance on imported gas removed. Coal and oil would be conserved. The Coalition should scrap the huge student fees imposed on the poor members of the working classes, and establish a small and new Welsh medium University of Wales and liberally fund the National Eisteddfod. The new Prifysgol Cymru and Eisteddfod Genedlaethol should be governed as one entity, and would aim at the highest standards, with selective entrance standards. I see tidal power as a transition to energy from spacetime (ES) and LENR. Both ES and LENR are already working technologies. I would like to think that Sinn Fein in a coalition would declare a ceasefire, and end all violence in return for negotiations for a United Ireland. Plaid Cymru is a peaceful party. A 1950 predecessor on the Civil List, the great Scots and English language poet Hugh MacDiarmaid, was a co founder of SNP. Above all, libraries and cultural heritage in Wales would be safeguarded from tory nihilism, the materialistic wilderness that they have imposed on Scotland Wales in violation of all human rights. My common sense Broydd Iaith policy should be implemented to reestablish strong, Welsh speaking areas, giving affordable housing to Welsh speakers. Otherwise the language is in imminent danger of extinction as a spoken language.

Thanks for going through this note. In general the electromagnetic and gravitational scalar potentials are functions of space and time, so cos kappa dot r is a function of space and time in general. I agree that the resonance is in the space part. My think is that resonance in the gravitational potential can be produced by a a small, alternating electromagnetic driving field. This idea was first put forward in UFT319. A new feature of this note is that the electric field strength E and acceleration due to gravity can be expressed as Eqs. (17) and (18), allowing the introduction of the familiar electromagnetic Lorenz condition, a novel gravitational Lorenz condition, and a new view on gauge theory, leading into a new electroweak and nuclear theory. I have always thought that effective counter gravitation is possible only with use of resonance. As you know, the Euler Brenoulli resonance allowas a small driving force to be greatly amplified. All forms of energy are interconvertible, so an electromagnetic scalar pitential can drive resonance in a gravitational potential. The engineering challenge is to make sure that the resonance results in a very large positive g, and repulsion between a mass m (an aircraft or spacecraft) and a mass M (the earth).

By defining (38) you replace a time dependence by a dependence on kappa and r. Do you assume a time-dependent kappa here?, or time-dependent bold r or both? Since Phi depends on t, there is an implicit time dependence on the lhs of the result (45) and must also be on the rhs. The resonance is in the space part of course.

Our well known methods of distance teaching and research publication methods at AIAS / UPITEC have become completely accepted worldwide. It is clear from the attached scientometrics that our methods are routinely used at the best universities in the world, for example the top twenty by Webometrics, Times, QS and Sanghai rankings reported every month back to 2004 in the attached second volume of “The Book of Scientometrics”. So Einstein Cartan Evans (ECE) unified field theory is a well established School of Thought that exists alongside the obsolete standard model of physics. ECE has already been recognized by several high honours, and we are told that its precursor B(3) theory was nominated for a Nobel Prize several times. There is no reason to doubt this, we were told this in all sincerity. Numerous other nominations have been made openly under the rules, and there is no doubt at all that these other nominations have occurred, for example the Wolf Prize and Milner Prize. They are all recorded in my CV in the blue box on the home page of www.aias.us, above my coat of arms. The richness of the theory is easily seen through the fact that three hundred and seventy nine variations on its underlying geometry have been produced since March 2003, i.e. 379 papers and books, and almost that number again in Spanish translation. The precursor B(3) theory was produced in 1991 at Cornell Theory Center, and from 1991 to 2003 all the source papers and books are recorded in the Omnia Opera of www.aias.us , and on www.upitec.org (OO 372 to OO697, a further three hundred and more papers). They are all archived on www.archive.org, and shortly on www.webarchive.org.uk . I express my deep gratitude to all concerned for this historic achievement in which they all share. The ideas of ECE were initiated in this house in Craig Cefn Parc, Mawr, but wthout international help, nothing could have been achieved. Effectively, we teach 24/7/365 at every one of the best universities, institutes and similar in the world. This sector (reported in “The Book of Scientometrics”) is only 2% of the vast readership of ECE off www.aias.us and www.upitec.org, in association with www.et3m.net. British Celtic and its subsidiary languages are the most ancient continuously spoken languages of all Europe, and the oldest languages of all Britain.
